Cindy currently serves as a Senior Policy Advisor to the Allegheny County Executive. As a former senior consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick specializing in nonprofit and higher
educational institutions, Cindy has a Masters in public administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Wellesley College.
Victoria (Vicki) J. Coe collaborates with D&A in the areas of messaging, marketing, and creating annual and capital fundraising strategies
by creating powerful marketing and fundraising materials that our clients use to articulate their vision and impact. A graduate of Barnard College, Vicki has an MBA in marketing
and management from Columbia University.
Christina (Tina) Cook Hurley collaborates with D&A in the areas of financial analysis, planned and endowment giving, and capital
campaign administration. Tina was Treasurer of the U. C. Berkeley Foundation and a Vice-President at Kaspick & Company, a trust administration and investment company.
A graduate of U.C. Berkeley in Economics, Tina received her MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
Frances Anamosa collaborates with D&A as our team’s donor prospect researcher and one of our fundraising strategists. Frances
has been a researcher for over 14 years and is a member of both the state and national associations of researchers. Frances has a B.A. degree from the California Institute of the Arts
and a M.S. degree in Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia.

Until 2005, Bill was a Principal Consultant for Blackbaud. Bill is an honors graduate of Yale University with a master's degree from Brigham Young University.
