Diagnostic Audits of the $44 million Fundraising Program and the Retail Sales Division |
Invited by a New York consulting firm to assist with a national engagement, D&A was retained to conduct a diagnostic audit of the organization's national and chapter
fundraising programs and make recommendations relating to governance, volunteer and Board involvement, the administrative structure of the fundraising department, and strategies
for increasing contributed revenue. D&A was also asked to conduct an audit of the organization's retail card division. A final report was issued with findings and recommendations
targeted at increasing revenue performance and managing expense more efficiently.
