Sonoma Academy
Founded in 1999 as the only private, independent secondary school in Sonoma and Napa counties, Sonoma Academy retained D&A to assist with a number of Second Decade initiatives in the areas of advancement, strategic planning and governance. The $30 million comprehensive campaign will fund the growth of the scholarship program, new academic programs, the endowment fund and retirement of the school's construction debt. D&A was also retained to provide counsel in the areas of board development, trustee and committee engagement, and leadership succession. D&A was invited by the Head of School to facilitate the development of the Strategic Priorities and Plans document.
