D&A was retained by the Pappas Consulting Group, Inc. (a national consulting firm with offices in New York and Greenwich) to participate in an audit and redesign consulting engagement for Hadassah's $33 million fundraising division and 300,000 membership program. D&A interviewed management, staff and Board members, reviewed the activities of all staff personnel, reviewed all fundraising collateral materials, and surveyed department operating units. D&A also conducted a series of focus groups around the country. A final report summarizing all findings and outlining a series of recommendations was prepared.
